Available for rent in our unique duplex is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, Kathy's Place, or a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit, Spike's Place. They are ideally situated in a small cove on the Roanoke River Channel below Bouy Marker 30 and above the Hales Ford Bridge.

* Please add 12.3% Sales and Occupancy Taxes. Cleaning fees are included. Nightly rentals include all bed, bath and kitchen linens. Weekly rentals need to bring bath linens. All rentals need to bring beach towels.

Per Pet: $75/2 nights $10 each night after

SPIKE'S PLACE is 1400 square feet. It has 1 bedroom (1 Queen and 1 Twin), 1 bath, and sleeps 2. The Greatroom has living room and dinette furniture and kitchen (totally equipped). Also has a 55" Flatscreen HD TV and Xfinity Package, tile in the kitchen and dinette area and carpet in the living room and bedroom. The waterfront patio has wrought iron furniture, a porch swing, and a gas grill and hammock under the trees. For your enjoyment we have shared use of 5 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, the paddleboat, canoe and sandy beach. You will also have use of a complimentary golf car to go up and down to the dock. Reservations & Information

Making a Reservation: At the time of booking your reservation, we require 1/2 deposit of the total amount due. The other half is due upon arrival. You will be billed for any damage to the property. No damage deposit required.

Furnished: All units are furnished with dishes, cooking utensils, flatware, pots & pans, furniture, pillows, sheets, blankets and bedspreads.

Not furnished: YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS (bath & beach). Also, there is enough toilet paper, soap. papertowels, dish soap, cleaners and trash bags to get you started for the week.

Smoking/Pets: No smoking inside the units. Pets allowed under specific conditions with prior approval and pet fee, crate and flea treatment program required.

Phones: Local telephone service is provided. Long distance phone calls must be charged to your personal calling card.

When you leave: Clean out refrigerator of all food and wipe down. Wash and put away all dishes. Garbage pick up is provided.

Cancellation Policy: The first 1/2 deposit is not refundable if a reservation is cancelled and we are unable to rent the unit. Deposits will be refunded if we are able to re-rent the unit, but pro rated if partially rented.

Golf Cars: A Golf Car is available for use when renting either Kathy's Place or Spike's Apartment. All drivers must be at least 18 years of age AND all drivers must accept total responsibility for any and all damage to said cars unless caused by a defect of said cars or Act of God. Use of Golf Cars is at your own risk!!
